Paddle.com is our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payment, billing, invoices, applicable taxes, subscriptions where offered, cancellations, and refunds. Prices are shown in the stated currency and taxes may be added or localised at checkout. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to the transaction in addition to these Terms.
Every purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law. Refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method. This guarantee does not limit statutory consumer rights.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated where required, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions should be sent to support@planetacademy.net. Billing and refund enquiries are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Planet Web Academy LLC, trading as Planet Paddle ("Planet Paddle", "we", "us"), the seller of the digital learning products on shop.planetaacademy.com. Contact: support@planetacademy.net. By accessing, purchasing from, or using the store, you accept these Terms and confirm you have legal capacity to do so.
We sell 100% digital, self-paced courses, video lessons, ebooks, templates, checklists, certificates, and related educational resources. No physical goods are shipped. Access instructions are delivered after successful payment and purchased content is accessed through the Planet Academy learning dashboard using the checkout email address. Product pages state the included lessons, estimated duration, skill level, resources, price, and access period.
Each purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased content for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, copy for commercial distribution, circumvent access controls, or share account credentials. You must not use the platform unlawfully, commit fraud, send spam, infringe rights, upload malicious code, scrape protected content, or interfere with security.
All courses, videos, ebooks, templates, graphics, software, and branding are owned by Planet Web Academy LLC or its instructors and licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. Nothing transfers ownership to you. The content is educational and we do not guarantee specific financial, commercial, career, ranking, traffic, or learning outcomes.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud, security risk, or serious misuse, with notice where reasonable and lawful. The platform is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
