If the product is not right for you, request a refund within 30 calendar days of the order date and we will refund the purchase price. This guarantee does not limit statutory consumer rights.
Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record and processes refunds. Visit paddle.net and look up the order using the email address used at checkout, or email support@planetacademy.net from that address with your Paddle order number and the product name. We will help route the request to Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers typically take 3–5 business days to display the credit, although timing can vary. Taxes are refunded where applicable under Paddle's process.
When a refund is issued, access to the refunded course, ebook, templates, downloads, updates, and certificate may be removed. Any copies already downloaded remain subject to the personal-use licence and may not be redistributed.
We may decline a request where there is clear evidence of abuse, fraud, repeated purchase-and-refund activity, account sharing, or unauthorised redistribution. We will assess requests fairly, and nothing in this section removes rights that cannot be excluded by law.
If a subscription product is offered, it can be cancelled through paddle.net or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of the paid period unless refunded. For help before or after purchase, email support@planetacademy.net.
