We collect account data (name, email, credentials), order data (purchases, invoices, refunds), support messages, course progress and usage data, and technical data such as IP address, browser, device, and security logs. We use this data to create accounts, deliver purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, secure and improve the platform, send service notices, meet legal obligations, and send marketing only with consent. Legal bases are contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent where applicable. We do not store full card details.

Paddle.com is our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle independently processes billing, payment, tax, invoice, subscription, and refund data under its privacy notice at paddle.com/legal/privacy. We receive only the order data needed to provide access. We do not sell personal data. We share data only with Paddle, hosting, email, analytics, security and support providers, professional advisers, and authorities where required by law.

Account data is kept while active and deleted or anonymised within 12 months after closure. Order and invoice records are kept for 7 years, support messages for 24 months, security logs for 12 months, and analytics data for up to 14 months. International transfers use lawful safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability and may withdraw consent. We apply encryption in transit, access controls, secure credential handling, and audit logging, although no online service can be completely secure.
